Still rewriting AI’s customer replies?
When the answer misses a policy or makes up a detail, you become the editor. Build a repeatable way to give AI the right facts, spot missing information, and review the draft before it goes anywhere.
Ask for the missing date. Don’t invent a quote.
In this fictional example, a customer needs 12 slides “next Friday.” The approved policy says estimates need a human brief review. The draft should ask for the exact date, content and brand assets.
Prepared illustration. No model runs on this page. The kit teaches you to test the approach with your chosen AI tool.
“I need 12 slides for a workshop next Friday. How much?”
Clarify before promising
“What is the exact delivery date and year? Do you have the content and brand assets ready? We can review the brief before providing an estimate.”
Human checks: no invented price, no promised deadline, missing details flagged.
$19.99. One workflow you can practice.
